The Heusinkveld Handbrake is a powerful and precise simulator handbrake for rally and drift simulations. The pressure-sensitive 120 kg load cell detects up to 22 kg of force on the lever, allowing for controlled and precise operation of the handbrake.

The two-stage spring system combines a metal spring with elastomers to provide a realistic, progressive feel. With the three included elastomers, you can choose between soft, medium, or firm resistance. The preload, lever position, and angle are also fully adjustable.

Key Features

• Pressure-sensitive 120 kg load cell
• Maximum force of 22 kg on the lever
• Progressive two-stage suspension system
• Three elastomers for different levels of resistance
• Adjustable preload
• Horizontal or vertical lever position
• Handle angle adjustable up to 26 degrees
• Adapter plate for adjusting the direction of rotation
• Powder-coated stainless steel construction
• Integrated controller
• Direct USB connection
• Compatible with SmartControl and SmartControl Live

With Heusinkveld SmartControl, you can adjust the required force, dead zones, and output curve. Settings can be saved as separate profiles. With SmartControl Live, you can quickly switch between these profiles while driving—for example, between asphalt and gravel. The Heusinkveld Handbrake is plug-and-play compatible with Windows 10 and newer versions. The handbrake connects directly via USB and works independently of the brand of wheelbase or pedals. Xbox and PlayStation are not supported.

The handbrake can be mounted horizontally or vertically on a sturdy simulator frame. The included adapter plate allows for mounting on aluminum profiles and provides additional angle adjustment. The package includes the handbrake, USB cable, adapter plate, mounting hardware, installation tools, and user manual.
