The Fanatec ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 X is a compact steering wheel designed for formula cars and other single-seaters. Its 270-mm diameter allows for quick steering movements, while the official Xbox license provides support for both Xbox consoles and Windows PCs.

The 5-mm-thick front plate consists of approximately thirty layers of genuine carbon fiber. The grips are covered in Alcantara, and the pre-installed ClubSport Magnetic Paddle Module ensures fast and precise shifting.

With eleven buttons, two 12-position rotary switches, thumb encoders, toggle switches, and a FunkySwitch, many functions can be controlled directly from the handlebars. The OLED display, RevLEDs, and FlagLEDs show, among other things, gear, RPM, and warning signals.

The steering wheel is compatible with various Fanatec wheelbases featuring QR2, including the CSL DD, Gran Turismo DD Pro, ClubSport DD, ClubSport DD+, and Podium DD models. Windows PCs, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S are supported. PlayStation compatibility is possible with an officially licensed PlayStation wheelbase. Full functionality depends on the game being used and is guaranteed only on PC.

A compatible Fanatec wheelbase is required for use. Wearing gloves is recommended to keep the Alcantara upholstery in good condition. The steering wheel can be upgraded with the separately available Podium Advanced Paddle Module. Among other features, this module adds a dual clutch and additional magnetic shift paddles.
