The Fanatec CSL DD is a compact direct-drive wheelbase that delivers precise and direct force feedback. This model comes standard with a peak torque of 5 Nm, allowing you to clearly feel changes in traction and details in the road surface.

Because the steering wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft, no details are lost through belts or gears. Fanatec’s FluxBarrier technology and the lightweight, carbon-fiber-reinforced steering shaft ensure a fast, smooth, and controlled response.

The aluminum housing acts as a passive heat sink, allowing the wheelbase to maintain its performance without a fan. The pre-installed QR2 Lite system makes it easy to quickly and securely mount a compatible Fanatec steering wheel.

The Fanatec CSL DD is compatible with Windows PCs. Xbox compatibility is possible when using a Fanatec steering wheel officially licensed for Xbox. The wheelbase is not compatible with PlayStation. The wheelbase supports Fanatec steering wheels equipped with a QR2 Lite, QR2, or QR2 Pro Wheel-Side. Compatible pedals, shifters, handbrakes, and cockpits from the Fanatec ecosystem can also be used.

*Important to know

This version delivers a peak torque of 5 Nm as standard. With the separately available Boost Kit 180, the maximum peak torque can be increased to 8 Nm. The pre-installed QR2 Lite Base-Side does not limit the maximum torque, even when upgraded with the Boost Kit 180. Use only the official standard power supply or Boost Kit 180 from Fanatec.
