The Fanatec CSL DD is a compact direct-drive wheelbase that delivers precise and direct force feedback. Thanks to the included Boost Kit 180, this model features a peak torque of 8 Nm, making both subtle changes in grip and stronger steering forces clearly noticeable.

Because the steering wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft, no details are lost through belts or gears. Fanatec’s FluxBarrier technology and the lightweight, carbon-fiber-reinforced steering shaft ensure a fast, smooth, and controlled response.

The aluminum housing acts as a passive heat sink, allowing the full torque to be maintained without a fan. The pre-installed QR2 Lite system also makes it easy to quickly and securely mount a compatible Fanatec steering wheel.

The Fanatec CSL DD is compatible with Windows PCs. Xbox compatibility is possible when using a Fanatec steering wheel officially licensed for Xbox. The wheelbase is not compatible with PlayStation. The wheelbase supports Fanatec steering wheels equipped with a QR2 Lite, QR2, or QR2 Pro Wheel-Side. Compatible pedals, shifters, handbrakes, and cockpits from the Fanatec ecosystem can also be used.

*Important to know

This version comes with the Boost Kit 180 and therefore delivers the full peak torque of 8 Nm. With the standard power supply, the CSL DD is limited to 5 Nm. The pre-installed QR2 Lite Base-Side does not limit the maximum torque, regardless of which version of the QR2 Wheel-Side is used. Use only the official standard power supply or Boost Kit 180 from Fanatec.
