The Fanatec ClubSport Handbrake V2 is a completely redesigned analog handbrake for rally and drift simulations. Its sturdy steel and aluminum construction is designed to withstand high forces, while ball bearings around the pivot point ensure smooth and consistent movement.

A precise load cell measures the amount of force applied to the lever. This allows the braking force to be built up much more gradually than with a simple on/off switch. This makes it easier to induce a controlled spin, perform short spins in rally stages, or execute precise drifts.

The resistance, angle, and stroke of the lever can be adjusted as desired. Increasing the preload creates more initial resistance in the elastomer and load cell assembly. The lever also features three angle positions and an additional fine-tuning mechanism. Using the removable spacer, you can select a stroke of 60, 70, or 80 mm.

The ClubSport Handbrake V2 can be mounted directly onto a simulator frame or aluminum profile. Thanks to the slotted holes, the handbrake can be rotated slightly toward the driver for a more comfortable operating position. Both horizontal and vertical mounting are possible. Using the included spacer, the handbrake can also be attached to the side of a separately available ClubSport Shifter. Mounting on a table is possible in combination with this shifter and the ClubSport Shifter Table Clamp.

The handbrake can be connected directly to a compatible Fanatec wheelbase or Fanatec pedal set using the included RJ12 cable. For standalone use on a Windows PC, use the included ClubSport USB Adapter. Use on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is possible when the handbrake is connected to a compatible Fanatec wheelbase with an officially Xbox-licensed Fanatec steering wheel. PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 are supported via an officially licensed PlayStation wheelbase. The available functionality depends on the game being used.

For optimal performance, the wheelbase and other connected Fanatec devices must have the latest firmware installed. With older belt-driven Fanatec wheelbases, the analog signal works, but the maximum travel may not yet be optimally calibrated. The ClubSport Shifter and any mounting brackets or table clamps are not included.
