With the Simucube Link Quick Release, you can mount an existing steering wheel with a standard 70 mm bolt circle on a Simucube 3-wheelbase. The sturdy, self-centering design ensures a play-free connection and accurately transmits torque even under high force-feedback loads.

The quick-release system uses Simucube’s P3G polygon technology. Thanks to its conical shape, the steering wheel centers itself during installation and locks securely in place. The large contact surfaces distribute the load evenly, while allowing the steering wheel to be quickly installed and removed.

The Link Quick Release supports Simucube LightBridge: the contactless system that wirelessly powers compatible steering wheels and exchanges data with a Simucube 3-wheelbase. Because LightBridge does not use physical electrical contact points, no cables or wear-prone connectors are required.

This separate Link Quick Release is designed for mounting an existing steering wheel with a standard 70 mm bolt circle on a Simucube 3 wheelbase. Simucube 3-compatible steering wheels are normally supplied with a matching Link Quick Release. For formula steering wheels with a 50.8 mm bolt circle, the separately available Simucube 50.8 mm-to-70 mm adapter is required. Wireless power and data transmission via LightBridge works exclusively with compatible hardware. Existing Simucube 2 steering wheels can use the Link Quick Release mechanically, but this does not automatically support wireless power and data transmission. A Simucube Link Hub can be used for the data connection of a Simucube 2 Wireless Wheel.
