The Fanatec ClubSport DD is a powerful direct-drive wheelbase for sim racers looking for fast, precise, and consistently reliable force feedback. The servo motor delivers a constant torque of 15 Nm, clearly conveying both subtle changes in grip and stronger steering forces.

Thanks to the efficient motor and thermally optimized design, full torque remains available even during long races. The passive cooling system prevents performance loss due to rising temperatures and operates entirely without a fan.

FullForce technology adds high-frequency vibrations to the standard force feedback signal. This allows supported simulations to convey, among other things, engine characteristics and details of the road surface through haptic feedback. FluxBarrier technology and the optimized rotor design also ensure smooth operation with minimal magnetic resistance.

The Fanatec ClubSport DD is compatible with Windows PCs. Xbox compatibility is possible when using a Fanatec steering wheel officially licensed for Xbox. The wheelbase is not compatible with PlayStation. The wheelbase supports Fanatec steering wheels with QR2 and compatible pedals, shifters, handbrakes, and cockpits from the Fanatec ecosystem. The ClubSport Static Shifter Paddles are not supported.

*Important to know

The ClubSport DD’s constant torque was increased from 12 to 15 Nm via a firmware update in May 2026. To utilize the full power, the wheelbase must be updated to firmware version 1.4.2.3 or newer. When using a steering wheel with QR2 Lite Wheel-Side, the maximum torque is limited to 8 Nm. FullForce effects are only available in simulations that support this technology.
